In just a few short months, SheWolf has set a new high bar for Italian dining in Michigan, thanks largely to the playful but deliberate Italian-American point of view and finesse of former Bacco chef Anthony Lombardo, who helms the kitchen and owns the restaurant with a couple of childhood friends.
