Kruse & Muer Restaurants is opening a new casual location in in mid- to late July in the space formerly occupied by popular Vinsetta Grill in Royal Oak, which closed in April.

Vinsetta Grill owners Michael and Tracy Papa have retired and closed their neighborhood eatery after 22 years in business, according to a post on the restaurant’s Facebook page, which has since been deleted. But the Papas haven’t sold off their 28028 Woodward Ave. property, which sits comfortably at the intersection of Woodward Avenue and Vinsetta Boulevard, across Woodward from Vinsetta Garage.
