BJ Construction is looking for a Construction Project Manager. This individual will be responsible to manage, oversee and execute commercial construction projects form inception to completion. Projects include restaurants, offices, assistant living, higher education, etc. 75% of their work will be in the office, and 25% of the time they will be required to be in the field checking on status of project to then report back to customer/internal team.

Hours/Schedule: 7AM – 5/6PM. Some Saturdays when needed. Year round.

Once new work is secured they will:

• Bid to close out phase
• Review contracts
• Finalize amounts and set up budgets
• Submit materials needed and shop drawings
• Write subcontracts and purchase orders to secure vendors and materials
• Kick off meetings with superintendent and foreman (biweekly meetings internally)
• Maintain job schedule
• Maintain and manage field personnel
  Project budgeting
• Project invoicing monthly to customers
• AWA’S logging and entering data to files and viewpoint

• Viewpoint
• Microsoft Suite
